Booking & Scheduling
You can easily book a service online through our website by clicking the "Book Now" button. Select your service type, preferred date and time, and provide your address details. You'll receive a confirmation email once your booking is placed.
Yes, you can reschedule your appointment at any time, but we ask that you call us ASAP. Any changes must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning to avoid fees. You can manage your bookings through your account dashboard or by contacting us directly.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time are free of charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a charge of 50% of the total service fee.

Pricing is based on the type of service, the size of your space (number of bedrooms and bathrooms), and any add-ons you select. You'll see a clear, itemised price before confirming your booking — no hidden fees.

Standard cleaning typically does not include interior oven cleaning, interior fridge cleaning, laundry, exterior windows, or garage cleaning. These can be added as extras when booking a Deep Clean or custom package.
Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure online payment system powered by Stripe. We are a cashless service — all payments are made online.
Payment is processed at the time of booking. You will receive a receipt via email once payment is confirmed.
Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We never store your full card details on our servers.
